After payment is made and the order is placed with the manufacturer, we receive the products at our warehouse, after which an inspection is carried out and a detailed photo/video report is made. If any discrepancies are found, the products can be returned or exchanged by the manufacturer and only after full customer approval the shipment will be packed and delivered.
